Five stages,
one
programme.
Construction cleaning is scoped, resourced and documented stage by stage against the project programme, not delivered as a generic frequency schedule. Engage one stage or all five.
During construction. Floor sweeping, debris clearing and bulk waste consolidation in active trade zones. Stairwell and amenities access maintained, dust suppression and HEPA vacuuming where trades are working.
Before inspection. Detailed clean of completed sections ahead of the head contractor walk-through. Glass, joinery, fixtures, light fittings, doors, frames, skirtings and architraves. Washroom pre-commissioning.
Practical completion. Every surface, fixture and finish brought to PC standard. Internal and external glazing, surface-specific floor treatment, washroom commissioning, lift cars, stair cores and common areas. Sticker, film, tape and adhesive removal throughout.
Defects liability period. Targeted cleaning of areas disturbed by rectification works. Dust and debris removed, surfaces touched up for reinspection, closure evidence documented.
Client move-in. Optional presentation clean removing dust and light marks that settle between PC and occupation. Final photographic record supplied for the handover file.

Current
Primary school, two new buildings, south-east Melbourne
Construction final clean under a state school building program, approximately 1,410 sqm internal. Stage 1 detail clean and Stage 2 white glove clean per building, plus external pressure cleaning. On site since July 2026.
Completed
Four-level teaching and learning building, northern Melbourne
Secondary education building, approximately 3,500 sqm internal. Final clean staged floor by floor to suit progressive completion.

Methods are matched to each surface: lappato tile, polished concrete, timber, vinyl, acrylic sport surfaces, metal and CFC cladding. Completion is documented at every stage, with the practical completion evidence pack delivered within 48 hours of stage close.

A builders clean removes debris, dust, stickers, protective film and residue after trades finish. The pre-handover or detail clean follows the head contractor inspection and brings every surface to presentation standard. The final clean happens at practical completion. Seynar scopes each as a separate stage so nothing is left to a phone call in the last week.
As a lump sum per stage, built from the architectural set, finishes schedule and scope of works. The price includes labour, supervision, plant, consumables, access equipment and protection removal, with one mobilisation per stage. Send the drawings and a scoped proposal is returned within 24 hours of site visit.
Yes. Dust migration is controlled at the tenancy or hoarding line, access windows are coordinated with centre or campus management, and out of hours or Saturday work is scheduled where the programme calls for it.
Yes. Vertical access within the building and access equipment for elevated external works are allowed for in the scope.
