The Operational Reality

Handover Standard Documentation
Pre-handover and final presentation cleans are completed against a documented handover standard agreed before commencement. Completion is evidenced through a signed inspection record — not a verbal confirmation. You have documented evidence of cleaning completion for your practical completion package and building surveyor review.

All personnel on your construction site hold current White Cards and complete site-specific inductions before first entry. Safe Work Method Statements are produced for all elevated access and chemical handling activities. We operate as compliant site contractors within your safety management framework.
